Needham Dual Enrollment Partnership
Needham has officially become a dual enrollment partner with MassBay! Starting the Spring of 2024, select college courses will be offered for free to juniors and seniors attending Needham (or one of the other partnered schools). Students will be able to earn credits that count towards high school completion that also do not weigh into their GPA. As of right now, juniors and seniors will take priority and if there are spaces left, then a few sophomores might be able to take the class if they would like to. Today we held our second informational session on Zoom! We had yet another successful informational session, and were able to connect with new parents. Attached below is a recording of meeting.

Our first informational session at the Needham Public Library was a huge success! We got to connect with many new parents and raise much more awareness of our project. We encourage people to attend our next informational seminar next Tuesday on November 7. Presentation to School Committee
At the School Committee meeting during public comment, Lulu and Alexander presented their concerns and proposals to the school committee. We received a lot of support from parents and students from the Needham community. Attached on the left we have attached a video of our speech.
